I'M all about the 3 p's: pizza, puppies, and Photography
My name is Faith Hall and I am the owner of Top Knot Photography and Design, LLC.
I'm also a furmom, wife, and outdoor lover. Running, hiking, and creating beautiful images are all things that I crave.
I am a portrait and wedding photographer based in Lexington, Kentucky who loves to adventure. My photography style consists of using natural light in the great outdoors. I love to capture people in their natural element.
Christmas is my favorite holiday. I decorate our home early every year.
I recently completed my second half marathon. I'm hoping to run another one soon.
If I'm editing images, there's a 95% chance that I'm listening to Miranda Lambert or Maren Morris.
The Red River Gorge is my favorite place to hike. No hike is complete without a slice of Miguel's Pizza!
Favorite pastime is cuddling and kissing faces, also loves to play in the mud.

While attending college I met the love of my life, and now husband, Calvin. We decided to move to Lexington, Kentucky and start our lives together. We bought our first home. We adopted two dogs, Brady and Sasha, who have made our lives much more crazy, but better at the same time. Calvin and I have been together for 9 years! My little family means the world to me and I can't imagine my life without them!

I have always loved photography, but it wasn't until I took a film photography class in college nine years ago, that I knew I wanted to become a professional photographer. The following summer, I saved every penny I made to purchase my first DSLR, a Canon 60D. That's when the magic happened. Ever since, I have been creating portraits, capturing landscapes, and enjoying every moment behind the lens.

I first met my husband Calvin because of rock climbing. It was one of the first things we did when we met. The figure eight knot is very important; this is the introductory knot for rock climbing, also the first knot Calvin taught me. We got to know each other through climbing, traveling to different climbing gyms and various outdoor climbing locations in the US. The figure eight knot was so important to us that when we got married, we "tied the knot" as our symbol of unity. So it was no question that when Calvin supported me to open my photography business that this knot would be a part of it.
